On June 9, 2007, at noon, Champagne and Candlelight Chamber Opera will present Rigoletto at Main Auditorium of the Brooklyn Heights Public Library, 280 Cadman Plaza West, Main Auditorium Brooklyn, New York 11201. The production will be fully staged with chamber ensemble. Martin Yazdzik is the conductor/ director. The cast includes Charles Karel as Rigoletto, Heather Green as Gilda and David Yin as the Duke of Mantua. Other cast members include Stephanie Urfes, Nick Titakis, Michael Lono, Paolo Buffagni, Joseph Flaxman, Jonathan Kahn, Diana Rangel, Regina Petrillo and Wendy Chu. This program is made possible by the Friends of Brooklyn Heights Public Library and Independence Community Foudation. This event is open to public admission free.
